  • Exceptional cases reviewed at our discretion
  • Full transparency before every renewal

Plain-language summary for convenience — the legal text below is what governs.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Awenox subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by contacting contact@awenox.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • You will not be charged again at the next renewal date.
  • Your data remains accessible for export for 30 days after the period ends, after which it may be permanently deleted.

2. Refund eligibility

Awenox is a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS subscription service. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, the following rules apply:

  • No refunds for partially used periods. Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion.
  • No automatic prorated refunds on monthly or annual plans.
  • No refunds for unused time after cancellation.
  • Exceptional refund requests (e.g. duplicate charge, undisclosed major outage, accidental subscription) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Awenox's sole discretion.

As a professional / B2B user, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply to your purchase.

3. Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, no charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial.

4. Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date at contact@awenox.com with:

  • The invoice number and date
  • The amount in dispute
  • A short description of the issue

We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

5. How approved refunds are issued

When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Contact

For any cancellation, refund, or billing question, email contact@awenox.com. Please include your account email so we can locate your subscription quickly.
