Commission Policy

This policy describes how Awenox calculates, tracks, and pays commissions to Partners. It is part of the Partner Agreement.
Tier rates
Recurring commissions
You earn the tier rate on every monthly subscription you refer, for as long as the customer remains active and in good standing.
Attribution window
A prospect is attributed to you if they sign up within 60 days of clicking your referral link, or apply your coupon at checkout.
Tier evaluation
Tiers are re-evaluated on the 1st of each month based on your number of active paying referrals over the previous 30 days.
Payment cycle
Commissions earned in calendar month N are paid by the 10th of month N+1 via Stripe Connect or PayPal.
Minimum payout
Minimum monthly payout is $50. Balances below the threshold roll forward to the next cycle.
Refunds & chargebacks
Commissions paid on subscriptions that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled within 30 days of signup are reversed from your balance.
Self-referrals
Self-referrals, employee referrals, and referrals between sibling entities under common control are not eligible for commission.
Taxes
Partners are responsible for all taxes on commissions received and for providing the appropriate tax documentation (W-9 / W-8BEN).
